OK, I'll be honest. Summer is really hot in Dubai, so doing things outdoors - especially during the day - can be very challenging. Having said that, at night, it's still hot but you can go for a walk around Downtown or Dubai Marina if you're prepared to sweat :-) In Dubai, there's A/C almost everywhere - there are even bus stops with A/C - and there are plenty of things to do indoors: malls, theme parks, some of the best bars/restaurants. And you might get some good hotel deals as well since it's low season. So, overall, yes, if summer is the only time you can visit, it's definitely worth visiting, as long as you have some insider tips on things to do. Let me know if you have any questions!
